Sword Kihon
There are 9 Kamae and several basic cuts and defenses for each kyu class ranking in the Sword Kihon course. This course is “rotational” and not progressive in difficulty; you can start on any kamae and complete all 9 in any order. Complete all 9 and then develop an ability to flow from one kamae or cut into any other in order to qualify for Shodan 1st Degree Black Belt in the To-Shin Do Japanese sword method.
