QuestFit Bodyweight Workout II

As you begin this training session you will immediately see and feel that this program is different than most other exercise videos that you’ve probably tried. There are so many attributes that we as martial artists and protectors need to develop. Two of the most important and under trained are Balance and Stability. Balance can be defined as “an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady” or “a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions”. In this training session you have an opportunity to develop real tangible physical balance through stressing your smaller stabilizer musculature. You also have the ability to work towards a more nebulous balance or balanced state of being by taking your training efforts more internally through slower and more mindful repetitions.
