QuestFit Bodyweight Workout

Would you like to develop your martial arts capabilities and increase all aspects of your fitness as well? Of course you would! This Ninja Self Defense course is broken into sections so that you can utilize it to work on skills and attributes appropriate to your current martial arts and fitness levels.

We begin with a series of movements to loosen up your muscles and joints and start to warm up our bodies. The warm-up for this training session is made up of the movements that we will utilize in our workout. If you are newer to your fitness journey you may opt to loosen up, do the warm-up, cool down, and follow along with the post-workout stretch.

The rounds in our workout utilize movements that we practiced in our warm-up. Each round is about five minutes. After you build your fitness level up you can start adding these rounds into your training session until ultimately you can perform the entire program.

This program performed twice a week with one or both of our Quest Kick Shadow Boxing programs in between would be a great way to build a fitness routine that would wonderfully complement your martial arts skills training.

2. Loosen Up
