Mountain Quest 2022

An-Shu Stephen K. Hayes and several of To-Shin Do’s most experienced practitioners lead an incredible weekend of training in the mountains of North Carolina at an event called Moutain Quest. This mountain’s scenery and climate evoke feelings of our art’s ancestral home, Togakushi, Japan. So much so that An-Shu named our annual training site “Shin-Togakure” (New Togakure).

For 20 years, To-Shin Do practitioners from all over have made the trek to Shin Togakure to experience an exceptional event. This year’s training was especially powerful, and each instructor was in top form. The instruction was professionally filmed and edited to be easy to follow and practice.
