Exploring Ryo Te Gake in Ninja Lab

Ninja Lab is part of the Shinobi Simple Science System, my methodology to explore and open up kata in order to discover the principles inside them. It consists of the Shinobi Formula, a distillation of all the material in my Matrix of Martial Arts courses into a concise three part taijutsu formula, and the Ninja Lab Training Experiments. This course looks at Ryo-te Gake with the first of three levels of training experiments from Ninja Lab.
